The 2012 Cabernet Sauvignon is ripe, fleshy and totally seductive. Sweet red cherry, plum, smoke and sweet spices are some of the signatures. A typically opulent, fleshy wine for the year, the Cabernet Sauvignon is already quite expressive and rewarding today.

Paul Hobbs is one of California wine’s biggest names. Twice named Wine Personality of the Year by Robert Parker, he joined Robert Mondavi in 1977, worked at Opus One and Simi before setting up his eponymous winery in 1991.
