2015 Bianco Secco

The 2015 Bianco Secco is terrific. In this warm, dry year, all the fruit was picked and vinified immediately (the Bianco can include some dried grapes) an approach that works beautifully. Yellow orchard fruit, chamomile and sweet floral notes build in this racy, layered white from Quintarelli.
