Expressive nose of orchard fruits, pear, fresh cut apple and grapefruit. The palate is pure and vibrant with ripe acidity and exuberant flavours of green apple, citrus oils, crushed stones and an inner core of soft caramel. Long salinity on the finish. Clean and pure with incredible energy. Excellent.
