2011 Sfursat 5 Stelle

The 2011 Sfursat 5 Stelle is made from air-dried Nebbiolo that was crushed in January of the following year. Macerated cherry, spice, licorice, rosewater and mint all take on an extra kick of sweetness from the drying of the fruit and the 16 months the wine spent in French oak. The textured, glycerine finish adds to the wine's considerable appeal.
