Note di degustazione
The 2014 Moulin-Haut-Laroque has a strong marine, fishy scent on the nose that takes you straight down to the Gironde estuary. The palate is medium-bodied with fine tannin, simple but balanced with sufficient blackberry and raspberry fruit to give pleasure on the easygoing finish. Drink over the next three to five years.

The 2014 Moulin Haut-Laroque is a striking, open-knit Fronsac to drink now and over the next few years. Dark cherry, spice and leather notes all flesh out in this forward, exuberant wine.
The 2014 Moulin Haut-Laroque shows the more exuberant, racy side of Fronsac. Dark red/purplish hued fruits, flowers, mint and sweet spices are pushed to the front. Open-knit and expressive, the 2014 should offer plenty of enjoyment upon release.
Dark purple. Manages to be both savoury and voluptuous. A bit spiky in its attention grabbing but this wine is really trying to make an impact. Lots of energy there and no over-reliance on oak. Good stuff. (JR)
