Note di degustazione
Disgorged in December 2013, the 2007 Blanc de Blancs offers an invitingly clear and fresh bouquet of lemon scented pears and apples along with fine brioche flavors. The wine opens very delicate and light on the palate, but develops a relatively intense taste of ripe apples and apple skins, and finishes dry with a refreshing lemon note. This is a good, elegant aperitif Champagne from grands cru vineyards in the Côte de Blancs that should be drunk in between the next three years.

Disgorged June 2014. Fresh and mildly floral. Racy and transparent with an attractive chalkiness on the (bone dry) finish. Relatively delicate. (JR)
(made from fruit grown in the Grand Cru villages of Cramant, Avize and Oger and the Premier Cru villages of Cuis and Vertus): Pale gold. A lively, sharply focused bouquet evokes fresh citrus fruits, quince, white flowers and honey, with suave leesy and mineral qualities building in the glass. Rich yet lively and precise, boasting strong cut to its Meyer lemon and yellow apple flavors. The mineral and leesy notes come back on the finish, which lingers with excellent clarity and tenacity. Disgorged in December, 2013.
