Note di degustazione
Sexy aromas of lime and orange zest. At once supple and juicy, with bright acidity giving shape to the dusty mineral flavors. Doesn't have the depth or dimension of the 2014 model but finishes sappy, saline and quite persistent.

The 2013 Saint Aubin 1er Cru Chatenière is initially reticent on the nose, but it unfolds with time in the glass with delicate orange blossom and white peach aromas that remain very well defined. The palate is crisp and tensile on the entry. There is a wonderful salinity here, very good persistence in the mouth with a taut, linear finish that begs another sip. Top class.
Below Champlots. Pale greenish gold. Very reductive nose. Lots of substance and finesse. Finely etched and extremely precise. More weight than the Champlots. (JR)
