Fermentation in old oak barrels, previously used for the Guiraud Grand Vin. Ageing takes place from six to nine months in barrels, regularly stirring the lees. Sappy herbal notes, very creamy sweet oak. Bold, spicy, juicy and sleek. GV (RH)
