2013 La Croix Mouton

This wine, dominated by Merlot (about 95%) and the rest Cabernet Franc, shows lovely, round, elegant fruit flavors that resemble mulberry, black cherry and blackcurrant. It doesn-t have a lot of complexity, but the wine is supple, mouth-filling and quite a successful effort from its humble origins. Drink over the next 3-5 years. Aug 2014, www.robertparker.com
