Note di degustazione
The 2007 CUNE Gran Reserva is a wine produced mainly for the export markets, and I’ve never encountered it in Spain. It feels very young and in need of time as it only hints at the notes of smoked meat, leather and incense over a good layer of fresh fruit and a balanced medium-bodied palate. Drink 2015-2020. CVNE seems to have improved its basic range of wines in the last few years, which is very good news, as they seem to be readily available and with attractive prices. The Imperial Gran Reserva is back at the helm of quality. Imported by Europvin USA, Van Nuys, CA; www.europvin.com
