The 2013 Pinot Grigio (in a screw cap bottle) is true to the variety. The bouquet presents fresh tones of citrus, passion fruit and dried mountain herb. Those deep shifts between day and nighttime temperatures have done their part to create a beautifully aromatic and clean expression of Pinot Grigio. Light dustings of crushed mineral appear at the back.
