Note di degustazione
Merlot with Cabernet Sauvignon and just 2% Petit Verdot. Dusty cassis fruit, riper-smelling than some. Tight, dry and chalky on the palate. Short on flesh so that the texture feels dry on the finish. (JH)

A deep ruby/purple color is followed by a wine with ripe fruit, medium body and fresh acids. The 2013 Rahoul is best consumed over the next 7-8 years.
Some flinty reductive hints on the nose. Creamy, rich palate – lemon curd, vanilla, toast. Great persistence and concentration. Super! With its rich flavour spectrum, this has all the makings of a long-lived Graves. (RH)
The 2013 Rahoul stands out for its soft contours and open, expressive personality. Sweet spices, graphite, smoke and blue/blackish fruit inform the finish. The style is racy and opulent for the year, with solid balance and plenty of near-term appeal.
