Deep red. Sappy aroma of spicy cherry shows ripeness just short of surmaturite . Great sweetness and ripeness in the mouth, but supported by sound acids; in fact, this boasts a near-perfect combination of sugars and acids. The powerful underlying structure and huge but sweet tannins are thoroughly buffered by sheer material. Has real grand cru class.
