Punteggio 85/100 · Da bere 2015-2022, Robert Parker, Apr 2015

From another of the estates owned by the Dourthe family, the 2012 Belgrave is straightforward, medium-bodied, has adequate fruit, but finishes abruptly, with some hollowness and leanness. Drink it over the next 5-7 years.

Deep cherry red. So fragrant. Red and black fruit and a slight meatiness. Gentle and reserved, easy pleasure. (JH)

Punteggio 16/20 · Da bere 2020-2030, Jancis Robinson MW, Apr 2013

Very dark purple and lustrous. Certainly looks very appealing. Succulent fruit with a streak of iodine. Very polished and worked. Fine tannins on the finish. Just goes a little dead on the end. Hint of bitterness. (JR)
