Soft, ripe and elegant, with rich, sharply focused black cherry, plum, herb, spice and tar notes that are compact and concentrated. Firm tannins and pretty oak shadings on the finish suggest this can be cellared until at least 1995. 6,000 cases made. James Suckling, Wine Spectator 1991
