Note di degustazione
The unsubstantial 1996 reveals a feeble light ruby color. It offers plenty of new oak and moderate cherry fruit in the nose, medium body, and a pleasant, straightforward, one-dimensional finish. The wine possesses tannin and structure, but not much extract or richness. Anticipated maturity: 2001-2010.

Dark in color, with a pretty, ripe berry, raspberry and mineral aroma. Medium- to full-bodied, with well-integrated, silky tannins and a fruity, fresh aftertaste. One of the best wines of its appellation. a serious effort from this overlooked estate. Best after 2001. 4,000 cases made. James Suckling,Wine Spectator 1999
