Medium red. Very ripe aromas of redcurrant and chocolate truffle. Sweet, fat and lush in the mouth, but with its red berry flavors currently overshadowed by the wine's oak element. Best today on the rich, ripe back end, which features notes of cocoa powder and smoky minerality.
