2005 Gevrey Chambertin

Good deep red-ruby. Pure but reticent aromas of very ripe dark berries. Less refined and more monolithic than the CNV, showing slightly musclebound dark fruit flavors. Finishes with slightly dry tannins. Roty bought these vines during the growing season.
