Red-ruby. Aromas of red cherry, small wild red berries and mocha. Then quite tough and backward in the middle palate, and dominated by its acid/tannin structure today. Very different in character from the 2003, but equally stylish in its own way.

Good ruby-red. Raspberry, minerals, game and animal fur on the nose. At once supple, juicy and firm, with nicely delineated flavors of red fruits, spices and game. Pure and solidly structured, with very good acidity and tannic spine. Finishes long and firm.
