A saturated dark ruby/purple color is followed by elegant, floral, red and black currant aromas. The wine is well-structured, medium-bodied, and ripe, with fine length as well as a deep mid-palate. It can be drunk early, but promises to last for nearly two decades. Anticipated maturity: 2002-2017.
