Note di degustazione
This is a very dense and ripe Sauternes with dried apple-skin, toffee and chalky character. Full-bodied and very sweet. Flavorful finish, turning waxy at the end. Drink now.

My primeur observation was that: “this has good potential to blossom by bottling”. How true! Clean, precise and elegant on the nose, white peach, honeysuckle, orange-blossom and a touch of apricot, very pretty and feminine. The palate is well balanced, very crisp with a very fine level of botrytis and an engaging purity. Apricot, white peach and citrus lemon inform the fresh, lively finish. This completely surpasses my expectations. Lovely. Drink now-2025.
Pale yellow-gold. Reticent aromas and flavors of pineapple, peach and licorice. Sweet but a bit aggressive and edgy on the palate, with sound acidity, some honeyed botrytis tones and moderate depth. A tad warm on the back.
Coppery gold. Tingly, exciting nose. Mellow, well melded nose. Very sweet, almost sugary start. Definite barley sugar character with a burnt edge to it. A little burly style rather than pure but it’s certainly very sweet on the mid palate – even if it finishes a little dry. (JR)
