1999 Sigalas Rabaud

The 1999 Sigalas Rabaud has a slightly muted nose with tangerine, grapefruit and barley sugar scents, though it opens nicely with aeration and offers hints of saffron and jasmine. The palate is endowed with impressive concentration. It's lively and lightly spiced, with a keen line of acidity and a dab of curry leaf towards the finish. This is a good showing overall. Tasted at the Sigalas Rabaud vertical at the winery.
