This 100% Merlot cuvee (which, during this era, came from the choicest parcels of La Croix de Gay) is a rich, concentrated, extracted Pomerol with a dense ruby/purple color, sweet mocha, black cherry and blackcurrant fruit, some licorice and truffle.
