Note di degustazione
The 1998's dark ruby/purple color is accompanied by a sweet nose of cranberries, blackberries, minerals, and toasty oak. The wine is medium to full-bodied, with excellent texture, fine depth, and sweet tannin in the finish. As always, it is a wine of class and length. Anticipated maturity: 2002-2016.

Bright ruby. Fresh aromas of blackberry, cassis and violet. Juicy and spicy, with dark berry and mint flavors. On the lean side, but not at all overextracted. Finishes with even tannins and decent length.
