Loads of black olive, with a green character underneath. Full-bodied, with lots of toasted oak and an earthy flavor. Round tannins. Lacks fresh fruit, but interesting. Deep ruby color. Rather fruity cassis, raspberry, licorice and spice nose, with hints of herbs, flowers and raisiny surmaturite Supple, smooth and spicy in the mouth; moderately deep flavors of chocolate, vanilla, dark berries and mint. Finishes with suave but firm tannins, good length and an earthy nuance.
