The 2005 Brut Blanc de Blancs flows across the palate with succulent white peaches, graphite, smoke and white flowers. This is a fairly open, seductive vintage for the Blanc de Blancs. The wine shows lovely up-front juiciness and fleshiness in an overt style that is probably best enjoyed over the next few years.
