Good deep red. Wild dark berries, brown spices, mocha and a whiff of fresh blood on the nose. A sweet, juicy midweight with enticing inner-mouth perfume and mineral precision giving it good youthful tension. The tannins are a bit less fine than those of the Gevrey.
