Bright, medium red-ruby. Cherry, mocha, mint and nutty oak on the nose, with hints of leather, pepper and herbs. A pliant midweight, with modest complexity but good life to its dark berry, mint and herb flavors. Just a bit dry and medicinal on the end. I'd drink this lively wine over the next few years.
