Note di degustazione
Deeply colored, the 2008 Feytit-Clinet offers a beautiful nose of blackcurrants, black truffles, leafy herbs, and hints of graphite. Deep, rich, and layered on the palate, with full-bodied richness, it's an incredibly successful 2008 that's drinking great today, with building tannin, yet has another decade or more of prime drinking.

Saturated medium ruby. Sexy, complex nose melds blackberry, licorice, espresso, smoke and a whiff of leather. Densely packed with dark fruit flavors but given definition by nicely integrated acidity. This impressively rich Pomerol really spreads out to saturate the palate with flavor, with the even tannins reaching the front teeth. No edges here!
This stunning 2008 (14% natural alcohol) is composed of 95% Merlot and 5% Cabernet Franc. Only 1,300 cases were produced of this dense plum/purple-hued offering. It exhibits a big, sweet nose of blackberries, black currants, licorice, smoke and forest floor. The lovely perfume is followed by a medium to full-bodied wine displaying sweet, velvety tannins as well as an endearing personality. It begs to be consumed now and over the next 10-15 years.
