2003 Grand Corbin Despagne

This somewhat austere 2003's tannin may ultimately prove to be problematic, but the wine exhibits sweet black cherry and currant fruit interwoven with forest floor, roasted herb, and sweet oak characteristics. It offers a rich attack, but narrows in the mouth. Drink it over the next decade.
