The medium to dark ruby-colored 1999 Nuits-St.-Georges Les Vaucrains has beautifully pure, dark berry aromas. Medium-bodied and powerful, this stone, blackberry, currant, and licorice-flavored offering has outstanding depth of fruit as well as an admirably long, delineated finish.
