Palish red. Musky raspberry, strawberry and coffee on the nose, complicated by pepper and herbs. Silky and lush, but with underlying acid spine giving it verve and carrying the fruit. Not particularly complex or primary but mouthfilling and nicely persistent. I'd hold this for a couple of years before pulling the cork.

Very, very pale. Rather gorgeous, intense nose. Full and lovely. Rather forward, but very, very pure. (JR)
