Ruby-red. A seductively perfumed bouquet offers raspberry, star anise, potpourri and minerals. Very fresh and focused, with spicy red fruit flavors that gain sweetness with air. Pure and energetic, with strong finishing cut and lingering spiciness. This wine was fermented with all whole clusters.

The 2008 Cantos del Diablo is 100% Garnacha fermented with all of its stems for texture. Deep crimson-colored, it offers up an enthralling, high-toned nose of cherry and floral aromas, Asian spices, and incense.
