Note di degustazione
This is the highest alcohol that I have felt/seen in the lineup - a real sign of how the Right Bank struggled with over-concentration compared to the Left Bank in 2010. Gives a dried fruit feel, fig and prune, although you will still find beautifully concentrated incense, cinnamon, cocoa pods and espresso notes.

Dark purplish crimson. Marmite (yeast extract) nose and then some ripe fruit in competition with firm tannins. Reasonable structure and noticeable ambition. Just a bit drying on the end. By no means luscious! (JR)
This wine has turned out well and is one of the strongest efforts from this estate in many a year. Three-fourths Merlot and the rest mostly Cabernet Franc, the wine offers up oodles of sweet black raspberry, camphor and black currant along with some forest floor and roasted herbs. Super-fruity, opaque ruby/purple, medium to full-bodied, hedonistic and lush, it should drink nicely for at least 10-12+ years.
