Note di degustazione
Fully mature and possibly on the decline, the 2009 Château Bouscaut Blanc reveals a deeper gold color yet has attractive notes of caramelized citrus, orange blossom, and toasted almonds. With medium-bodied richness, good acidity, a kiss of oxidation, and solid length on the finish, it's a solid, fully mature white that should still do nicely at the dinner table.

Pale yellow, white flowers and green apple freshness, good broad fruit, good length, lacks a bit of finesse. Drink 2012-16.
Not clarified. A little reductive and almost Riesling- like. I could easily take this for a Wachau wine...! And I like it. Spicy, quite full bodied with an interesting aroma. Could this all be down to yeast...?
