48% Cabernet Sauvignon, 40% Merlot, 12% Petit Verdot. Fermentation: 25 days. Aged 12 months in oak barrels. Bottled July 2014. RS 1.2 g/l, TA 3.05 g/l (sulphuric), pH 3.73, SO 2 total 65 mg/l, free 23 mg/l. Brick red. Inviting mature bordeaux on the nose, rich and complex with a light leafy freshness. A little less rich on the palate. Fine, resolved tannins. Ready to drink and great to be able to buy a half-bottle. (JH)

Tasted blind. Mid crimson. Odd oak notes. Sweet start and then it all falls away. Very pinched indeed. (JR)
Another truly exceptional wine from the Sichel family, the 2012 d’Angludet has a deep ruby/purple color, a sweet floral, blueberry and blackcurrant-scented nose with a touch of licorice, light tannins, low acidity and a nice, fleshy mouthfeel. This is a sexy, mouth-filling and satisfying wine from both a hedonistic and intellectual vantage point. Drink this sleeper of the vintage over the next decade.
