The 2010 Gevery-Chambertin Lavaux St. Jacques impresses for its layered personality and length. I especially like the way the wine fleshes out on the mid-palate and finish. There is plenty of depth to support several years of drinking at the bare minimum. This is an impressive showing. Anticipated maturity: 2014-2022.
