Punteggio 87-88/100 · Da bere 1999-2003, Robert Parker, Jun 1999
The 1997 Bourgogne Blanc, produced partly from declassified Puligny-Montrachet villages vines, has a tangy, white currant and pear-scented nose. Its silky-textured medium body is bright, vibrant and filled with smoky minerals and apples. This wine exhibits good grip, is well-balanced, and has excellent purity of flavors. Drink it over the next four years. Importer: Wilson Daniels, St. Helena, CA; (707) 963-9661.
