Note di degustazione
An undeniable sleeper of the vintage, this seriously endowed wine from proprietor Damien Pages is a blend of 55% Merlot, 40% Cabernet Sauvignon and the rest Petit Verdot. Full-bodied with lots of earthy, black currant fruit intermixed with tobacco leaf and underbrush, this spicy, medium to full-bodied, rich wine is a knockout for a cru bourgeois. Drink it over the next 8-10 years. A member of the Alliance des Cru Bourgeois du Medoc.

Not fresh or clean fruit. But the body is round and balanced. (YS)
