Fully mature ruby. Not that deep. Warm bricks on the nose. Very sweet start. Light bodied with some tarmacadam on the end. (JR)

Dark ruby, somewhat jammy, but with sufficient fruit and freshness, this straightforward blend of 55% Merlot, 40% Cabernet Sauvignon and 5% Petit Verdot should make correct drinking for another 5-6 years. (A member of the Association of Crus Bourgeois du Medoc.)
Mid crimson. Quite discreet but well balanced on the nose. Then a real welter of very agreeable fruit on the palate. Spreads nicely across the palate. Nothing out of kilter. Not a great, great wine but very good in the context of crus bourgeois. (JR)
