Note di degustazione
Very deep crimson right out to rim. More precision than the 2005 on the nose. Showing very well and vigorously now. Extremely appetising. Less obviously sweet and rich than 2005 but overall better balanced. (JR)

This austerely-styled cuvee’s meager fruit is dominated by new oak. It may be at an unflattering stage of development, but the wood component is entirely too excessive. It should keep for 10-12 years.
Not a desperately intense colour. A little soupy. Could do with more acidity. Serviceable but dull. (JR)
Lacks freshness on the nose – rather stewed. Decidedly unappetising. Aggressive wood tannins on the finish. (JR)
