Note di degustazione
Drying out, becoming desiccated, with the herbaceous element taking over what little fruit is left, this wine was fully mature 5-8 years after the vintage and is now in complete decline. Anticipated maturity: Drink up. Last tasted, 3/02.

A fresh and firm style with focused black cherry and chocolate flavors, medium body and silky tannins. Drink now.--The Bordeaux 50. James Suckling, Wine Spectator 1994
Rather light and fruity, but nevertheless charming, with medium body, an open-knit, fruity, plummy, spicy, somewhat oaky bouquet, this is an indifferent effort from La Fleur Petrus. It is ready to drink. Anticipated maturity: Now. Last tasted, 3/85. Robert Parker, Bordeaux Book, 3rd Edition # B1
