Note di degustazione
The 2010 Bouscaut has a gentle bouquet that opens with blackberry, raspberry, orange zest and light floral aromas. So pretty! The palate is medium-bodied with light tannins, a fine bead of acidity, quite savoury in style with a well defined finish that does not outstay its welcome. Tasted blind at Farr Vintners 10-Year On Bordeaux horizontal.

Deep garnet colored, the 2010 Bouscaut springs from the glass with lovely scents of chocolate-covered cranberries, kirsch and cassis plus hints of wilted roses, pencil shavings and bay leaves. Medium to full-bodied, the palate sports mouth-coating red and black fruits with a firm backbone of grainy tannins and refreshing finish.
Tasted blind. Mid crimson, youthful looking. Fresh black fruits, a touch herbal. Lovely fruit riches here. Bags of fruit and yet elegant in structure. Fresh and juicy and nicely balanced. (JH)
Simple but very delicious blackcurrant fruit with a bit of chocolate and spice on the finish and a lovely cedar note. A certain creamy character. Ready to drink. (RH)
