Note di degustazione
The Quinault l’Enclos comes from a pure terroir of gravelly soils. Impressive balance, soft palate and rich tannins. Rich blackberry and cassis match the vivd red-plum reflections in the glass, laced with a hint of vanilla.

Mild aroma, some tea leaf, then fragrant with red fruit. Juicy, relatively simple but easy-drinking and approachable, the tannins pretty soft. (JH)
A dark ruby/purple color, attractive raspberry and blueberry fruit, a floral character, noteworthy elegance and undeniable purity and texture make for a complex, mid-weight, delicious Quinault from the owners of Cheval Blanc. Drink it over the next decade.
Deep dark cherry. Sweet – but not overly sweet – cherry fruit. A little drier than La Tour du Pin and a little sweeter. A light vanilla note too. Powder fine. Not as long as La Tour but still elegant. Pretty gentle overall. (JH)
