Good dark red. Cherry, mocha, licorice and a whiff of meat on the nose. The surprisingly pliant and sweet in the mouth, with good peppery, herbal lift to the raspberry, plum and spice fla vors. The peppery tannins spread out to dust the entire mouth.

Dark red. Medicinal black cherry and licorice on the nose, with herbal and peppery nuances. On the light side, with modest depth to the red fruit, spice and pepper flavors. Lacks flesh, but the extraction seems not at all overdone.

Very full and seductive. Good energy and late picked though this Perse wine tastes expensive! Not too dry, lots of fruit. Just a little bit rasping on the finish.
