The 2007 Soave Classico La Froscà is gorgeous in its expression of varietal character. Ripe apricots, mint, flowers and minerals flow onto the palate, with an extra level of volume and depth than is found in most Soaves. This bottling is aged partly in stainless steel and partly in oak.
