The flagship 2007 Isola dei Nuraghi Turriga comes across as quite restrained in this vintage. It possesses lovely inner sweetness, silky tannins and terrific overall balance. Sage, rosemary, freshly cut flowers and licorice emerge over time, adding layers of dimension to the fruit. The medium-bodied style is highly appealing, especially since Turriga is rarely this accessible upon release.
