The 2007 Brut Blanc de Blancs is quite soft, open and accessible but it needs several hours of air at the very least beforethose qualities are apparent. There is lovely expressiveness in the hints of green apples, pears and white flowers, but a little less in the way of structure. Overall, this fairly approachable, mid-weight Champagne is built for the near and medium term.
