Good full red-ruby. Sweet aromas of black raspberry, smoke and dark chocolate. Sweeter than the village wine, but also firmer in acidity and more obviously structured. This is delineated and bright, with juicy, piquant notes of pomegranate and blood orange that really wake up the taste buds. Firm, even a bit tight, on the finish.
