Note di degustazione
The dark ruby-colored 2011 Deyrem Valentin possesses plenty of black currant, cherry and earth notes in its spicy, medium-bodied, reasonably attractive personality. Drink it over the next 5-7 years.

55% Cabernet Sauvignon, 44% Merlot, 1% Petit Verdot. A slight floral whiff, but nothing very overt. Smooth tannins. Dry, balanced, bright – missing palate complexity, but a good glugger. (RH)
Blackish crimson. Sufficiently ripe, quite mild on the nose. But then marked acidity on the palate. The tannins are reasonably tamed but there is a lack of impact on the mid palate. Not a long-distance runner. Refreshing, even a bit bracing. (JR)
